For a wash of color, use the flat side of the applicator to swipe product over lid, and blend as needed with applicator or fingers. For a bolder look, build layers of shadow by allowing a few seconds of drying time between each, and blend as needed. To line eyes, use the tip of the applicator along upper and lower lash line. Buff for a softer look.
