Use 1-3 times per day. Stir 1 teaspoon into 8 oz of water, juice or blend in with your morning smoothie or yogurt, sprinkle on salads, or cold dishes. When increasing fiber into your diet, do so gradually to avoid gas and bloating, which may occur when consumed in large quantities or too quickly. If you experience discomfort, reduce to 1 teaspoon per 12 oz of water and gradually increase your intake over time to allow your body to adjust. Each bag contains 60 servings.
