A Gift Card may be used in the country in which it was purchased. Gift Cards are valid for a period of five years from the date of purchase. All Gift Cards not used within that time will be cancelled without refund, credit or exchange.

The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or returned for cash except as required by law.

ONDA Beauty cannot guarantee the availability of the service for which the Experience Gift Card was purchased. Experience Gift Cards can be exchanged or upgraded for service other than the service for which the Gift Card was purchased.

Discounts cannot be applied to a Gift Card purchase. However, discounts can be applied upon redemption of the Gift Card.

Physical gift cards purchased in store can be used towards our spa treatments, but if you want to go all out, add in tip and taxes so the whole gift is covered. To do this, you can add a little more to the gift card; give us a call and we can guide you through it.

ONDA Beauty Gift Cards are subject to these Gift Card Terms & Conditions. Purchase or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. ONDA Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Modifications will not affect your legal rights as to any previously purchased Gift Card.|In cases where a Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, ONDA Beauty is unable to replace the Gift Card or provide a refund or credit, unless ONDA Beauty is able, without unusual effort, to locate the original transaction information in its records. ONDA Beauty provides no assurance that it will be able without unusual effort to locate the original transaction information pertaining to a lost, stolen or damaged Gift Card.

ONDA Beauty is not responsible for any loss or misuse of a gift card as a result of theft or fraud.

All ONDA Beauty Gift Cards have a unique identification number which is required at the time of redemption. ONDA Beauty is not responsible for any unauthorized use of this card number if it has become known to another party.
