Returns and Refund With Ease
**Due to COVID-19, we are only accepting un-opened/unused products for return.** As true believers in nontoxic skincare, we are familiar with the nature of testing many routines. We understand that not every product will address your skin’s array of needs, and that reactions or irritations may occur. It is always our goal to help you find what’s best suited to you and your skin. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch within 24 hours.
For domestic online returns, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipping label to print and use.
For online orders returned to ONDA marked as "refused" "unclaimed" or "undeliverable" the customer bears the cost of having it reshipped.
Shipping costs for international returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Purchases Made In-Store
**Due to COVID-19, we are only accepting un-opened/unused products for return.** We welcome in-store returns within 30 days of purchase. ONDA will uphold a money back guarantee and we invite our customers to work with the sales team in creating an individualized self-care routine.
Purchases Made Online
We are currently only shipping to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We do NOT ship Kroma 5-Day Resets internationally.
Please also note: there is a 30 day return/exchange policy within the date of when the package is received.
ONDA is offering curbside contactless pick-up at our Sag Harbor location. Go to the product page and select local pickup at check out. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email. Pick-up is from 10am-6pm, Monday-Sunday. Please call (631) 899 3656 prior to pick-up.
ONDA offers shipping via FedEx.
We are currently only shipping to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Please note the exception: we do NOT ship Kroma 5-Day Resets internationally.
For any international orders, ONDA is not responsible for duties, taxes or customs that are incurred. Please be advised that higher rates may apply for larger and/or heavier items.
As we deliver using a third party carrier, we unfortunately cannot guarantee fragile items will be handled with perfect care. If you receive an item that is broken or severely damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and send us images of the package, along with a detailed description of its contents. Refunds, accommodations, or store credit will be considered on a case by case basis. Please do not discard the packaging and have patience as processing claims may take up to 7-10 business days.
