Returns and Refund With Ease
As true believers in nontoxic skincare, we are familiar with the nature of testing many routines. We understand that not every product will address your skin’s array of needs, and that reactions or irritations may occur. It is always our goal to help you find what’s best suited for you. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns at email@example.com and we will be in touch within 24 hours. We do not accept returns of opened edible products or products that have been significantly used.
For domestic online returns, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipping label to print and use for a restocking fee of $10 which will be deducted from the refund unless there is a product defect.
A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages.
For online orders returned to ONDA marked as "refused" "unclaimed" or "undeliverable" the customer bears the cost of having it reshipped.
Shipping costs for international returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
Purchases Made In-Store
We welcome in-store returns within seven days of purchase. ONDA will uphold a money back guarantee and we invite our customers to work with the sales team in creating an individualized self-care routine.
Purchases Made Online
**Due to COVID-19, we are currently only shipping to the US and UK. Please note: all orders are being shipped from the US. Shipping times may be longer due to COVID-10 related delays**
**ONDA is offering curbside contactless pick-up at our Sag Harbor location. Go to the product page and select local pickup at check out. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email. Pick-up is from 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday, 12 - 5pm Saturday - Sunday. Please call (631) 899 3656 prior to pick-up.
We are excited to extend ONDA’s reach across the globe, and ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are waived for domestic orders over $150 and for international orders over $300. ONDA offers standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and First Class shipping globally.
As we deliver using a third party carrier, we unfortunately cannot guarantee fragile items will be handled with perfect care. If you receive an item that is broken or severely damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and send us images of the package, along with a detailed description of its contents. Refunds, accommodations, or store credit will be considered on a case by case basis. Please do not discard the packaging and have patience as processing claims may take up to 7-10 business days.
