Our sales associates are passionate about clean beauty. They themselves use the products, and have a thirst for knowledge about the products we carry and their benefits. The ideal candidate is a people-person who genuinely enjoys meeting and interacting with new people from diverse backgrounds. 


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Sales and Client Relations
• Communicate with all customers in a welcoming and appreciative manner
• Be well-informed on all brands before administering advice
• Work with and in a team spirit to ensure store hits all financial targets and goals
• Perform weekly proactive clienteling such as follow-up notes/calls suggesting products, treatments, or just a hello
• Strive for excellence and efficiency when servicing clients, including all follow-up communications

• Convey clearly the missing of the ONDA Beauty brand when making thoughtful product and/or service recommendations

 Store Operations
• Regular cleaning/dusting of shelves and sweeping of floors
• Ensure all products and testers are clean and sanitized
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked at all times and are in keeping with merchandising standards
• POS duties, including opening and closing procedures
• Communicate with retail and operations managers on all inventory issues to ensure that stock levels are maintained
• Responsible for receiving shipments and putting them in stock

• Be present for all brand training sessions

Licensed Massage Therapist, Sag Harbor, NY

Our Licensed Massage Therapist/ONDA Ambassador represents the wellness and beauty ethos of ONDA Beauty. You will execute the ONDA signature massages and protocols with excellence. You will be responsible for developing a clientele and ensuring they return. Competitive commission based compensation.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Sales and Client Relationships
• Develop and maintain a clientele
• Perform all the ONDA massage protocols with excellence
• Achieve financial goals for both Spa and Retail with a team spirit
• Must embody a team spirit and kindness and a sense of service both with colleagues and clients.


Spa Treatment Operations
• Maintain cleanliness and overall aesthetic of treatment rooms as outlined in the
protocols
• Ensure that treatment, cleaning, and room protocols are followed
• Identify back bar products that are low and in need of reordering
• Provide in-store support when not in the treatment rooms
• Receive brand and protocol training
